OBY will pay you up to $500/month if you let us build and rent out an affordable, sustainable, OBY House in your backyard.

We’ll take care of Everything

1. We’ll determine if an OBY House can fit in your back yard.

2. We’ll lease part of your back yard from you.

3. We’ll design, permit and build an OBY House. (You pay nothing.)

4. We’ll find a awesome pre-approved, high quality tenant(s) who deserve a quality affordable home. 

5. We’ll help your friendly new back yard neighbor(s) move in!

6. We’ll handle maintenance, moving day turnover, tenant leases, etc..

You’ll need to

1. You’ll lease your back yard to OBY Cooperative.

2. You’ll earn up to $500/month.

3. You’ll enjoy your new sense of community!
